This is not new. Many people (including myself, cannot access ecase for a week some people more. Mine come back yesterday with some changes and the address still disappread.
I believe they are updated your ecase. If you have done medical nearby or sent some document, they may updating that.

Dear,
Address disappear and ecas not accessable are two different things.... This is experience at past when address disappeared it means they are working on file... But ecas not accessable is new thing..
Any body whose ecas not accessable for few days and now working with updates?
Please comment.. My ecas is also not working

Mine was disappeared few days back and now available again with Status Update = In Process Dear,

I am happy and a ???bit concerned at the same time. is it normal to receive rPRF request before medical request and how long will it take for the medical to arrive?  |

They change InProcess from April 14 to April 18. The message of "Medical results has been recieved" was removed. The adress still disapeared. |

A few of us here have the same situation as yours. Just comply with all the requirements before time limit given by London VO. So far, no one got MR till date, including myself. Hopefully, MR will be on the way soon.
Did you guys get the requests in email or by normal mail? if it is just email as yet then wait for the normal mail. In my case email did not mention anything about MR but when the normal mail came in then MR request was there as well. |

I am a prejune candidate and now ecas is not working - I get the 'unable to identify you with the information provided' error. It was working in May when I last checked (RBVO status). ND Visa office.

Dear ALL as i wrote yesterday we may find ecases status unavailable due to some reason so never worry just hope that they will correct the same in few days. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/index.asp?lang=enWe are currently experiencing intermittent technical issues with MyCIC. Users may experience difficulties when attempting to access the system. MyCIC may sometimes be unavailable due to regular system maintenance or unexpected issues. If you have problems connecting, you should try again in a few hours. If you cannot access MyCIC for an extended period, and your status is about to expire, you may also apply using a paper application. My agent in canada yet to conform whether he received it by post or email..I am hoping I might receive the medicals through Normal Post..Its frustrating after waiting for so long for "INPROCESS" and still not receiving any medicals..Praying for that..
