So,,Guys.
Finally i got letter from CHC London stating that my substatial duties are not matched with NOC duties, Very Strange.... i am doing 90% duties wht mention in NOC job Description. Anyhow May Allah have decided better for me . I am still happy having good life but wht the excuses Visa Officer provide for not processing my application that is really injustice. My fee is refundable... thank u guys for ur support and encouragement ,,i have learn alot from this forum ......rest wish all of u guys best of luck my Allah bring more happiness in ur life.

Guys / Gals,
I still havent got the letter of waiting from CIC lVO.
Is this the right time to update LVO about my daughters birth (I year completed this month).
My 2nd daughter passport expired.
My agent said to wait till LVO asks for update..should we do it proactively....I am confused. coz If I wait for LVO updates it will take more time for me to get medicals.
PLEASE ADVICE.....
When it comes to agents, i really feel helpless. Anyways, probably the reason why ur agent is asking you to wait is that if u add a dependent now you will have to pay extra fee, when you have the option to wait till you are sure that ur application is through and then you pay extra amount. As far as the passport for your second daughter is concerned, I believe you should immediately get it renewed and inform LVO |

but any intimation is a chargeable event for the agent. The passport was 2 years valid when it was submitted to the LVO but last week it got expired.

my husband forgot to keep the photocopy of the passport i gave him. he as called back the courier which was on its way and the courier will be destroyed and will not be send to CIC. Now entire package as to be recreated and application forms refilled just to add the passport copy page. No idea when i will send in the application everything delayed  hahaha.... ye saray husbads hamesha adha kam karain hain.....my wife also sate with me while dispatching all stuff first time, and i rememeber i was making some mistakes. God bless  |

just received my rejection letter today from my consultant who didn't even bother to write me a regret letter...so cold to just attached the letter!
friggin reason of JD mismatch!!! i don't know what are the bases of these people in assessing applicants...

latest reply from my consultant.... as a special case they will lodge new applcation for me under same contract. i don't know the new procedure...my IELTS was taken on August 2010. when is the next submission of application?

When I want to check my ECAS it says:
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:.....wrong info...etc.
I could check my ECAS before but now I can't....

Please clear some of the doubts that I have regarding my GCMS notes which I received it today. The following was mentioned in the Notes section at the last pages of the GCMS notes as it contains total of 38 pages. I will paste the notes and it is given below
PA-PLS REQUEST THE FOLLOWING document immediately: -Australian PCC for spouse PENDING: - REVIEW of Spouse's Australian PCC –PPTs(old&new) * 3 –MEDS * 3 –RPRF * 2 ____________ PA has PROVISIONALLY obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in Canada, on the condition of NO NEW ADVERSE INFORMATION. File pending verification for A.40, and/or possible interview or negative substituted evaluation.
1). What is meant by File pending verification for A.40?
2). What is meant by negative substituted evaluation?
Please clarify these questions for me and it is a kind request to all forum members that give your suggestions and ideas about my GCMS report.
When I filled the form for work experience I mentioned my client companies and I didn't mention my Parent Company. When I sent the full documents to NewDelhi I sent the experience letter given by my Parent Company. So is that a issue that they have doubt regarding my documents about work experience. Please clarify the doubts that I have.

Finally I received the Email from LVO saying that my application has been rejected due to JD mismatch....all originals are being sent back to me and the fee is refundable.
God know how they compared the NOC duties with my experience... i have 3 to 4 years of very solid 4121 experience as University Lecturer...but as per their email they only evaluated my experience for University Professor....
