Hi All,
I am new to this forum. Although I used to occassionaly visit this site earlier but never been a member here. As I see this is a time when lot of members started leaving this forum while I am joining here.
Anyways, I am may 2010 applicant too, hearing very sad news of rejections these days as well as some 'Waiting' news also. So lets see as I am 'In process' and 'In Wating' too. Here is my update so far.
We received your application for permanent residence on May 04, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 14, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 25, 2012.

Then you are in safe zone to some extent  .... Relax and enjoy the waiting game.... Please share your case details in your profile, if possible. Yes, I received the letter to wait for 6 to 12 months without any further contact to VO for at least 12 months.

My dear Sweet friends Yesterday i received my refusal letter mentioning that my Job Duties did not match  i am out from this game i dont know how to process appeal against decision if it is going to take 3500 $ again for then i dont think that we should avail this opportunity Today i am Sad after two to three days hopefully i will be out of shock so see you after two to three days Thanks for all of you supporting me in crucial time (almost 752 days) i wish you all best of luck Alizia, Information coming from your end is not palatable at all.However, I want you to take solace in ALLAH (SWT) that He sure knows what is best for you. Zakout...when did you receive your letter of rejection? Was it by snail/post mail or email? It was stated above that they sent it to you on May 17. Mine was sent on May 15 and I have not received it yet. Thanks |
