Yeah mate time consuming!!! when I applied that time it was fast track if I would have known that It will take more than two years I would have never applied. JUST TIME CONSUMING.

i my self lost concentration and it seems to me tomorow is the same as of today. i also never heard from NVO since Dec 2010 except my 2nd AOR. why they doing this / why they holding us from everything? |

As per CIC website the visa quota is from Jan to Dec for any particular year. It does not start from June/July
Minhas82 very very Thanks. Your Information is correct. I am only finding out the reason why did they not send any MR for pre-june 2010. My guess is that NDVO calculate stock and after this they will decide visa quota for pre-june applicant. This is my guess only. |

But they mentioned on rejection letter to download some form and I can request refund.
Sorry to hear that..they refund the RPRF and not the processing fee at this stage as far as I know and obviously there is some kind of refund being talked about here specific to your case, so content of the letter may help. Let us know if you can't figure it out/need any help. |

Just finished my medicals. Doctor's office said everything looks good and they are going to send it to Canada in 7-10 business days
Got my PCC from indian consulate in 2 weeks and waiting for FBI now
