Is there a cap on number of visa?
NDVO has 8000 visa quota this year. First Priority goes to 2011 applicant and second 2010 and at last balance visa quota use for pre june 2010. If They do not issue any MR for pre june 2010 so i think quota for pre-june is finished. OR they may be issue some MR in may or june otherwise in july. |

OK. MARCH 27, 2012 I received an email stating that my files was transfered to LA VO. after a few days my ecas was changed to inprocess. and told me that my files was REVIEWED and STARTED PROCESSING APRIL 12, 2012.. yesterday MAY 7, 2012 i received my medical request form through mail.

They may not refund after rejection.
But they mentioned on rejection letter to download some form and I can request refund. |

I have never been frustrate like this my whole life , 2 years since I submitted my initial file to CIO and 19 months since I submitted my file to NDVO , still RBVO .
Would have never think of Canada if I would have known that it's that much time consuming.

As per CIC website the visa quota is from Jan to Dec for any particular year. It does not start from June/July |
