OK. MARCH 27, 2012 I received an email stating that my files was transfered to LA VO. after a few days my ecas was changed to inprocess. and told me that my files was REVIEWED and STARTED PROCESSING APRIL 12, 2012.. yesterday MAY 7, 2012 i received my medical request form through mail. |

I think you have an arranged employment. otherwise you cant get your MR before 30 june 2012 and this is specify here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp |

Thanks for your reply. i am trying to guess, why NDVO is not giving any MR. According to CIC news:- From now until June 30, 2012, we will only consider applications:
with an offer of arranged employment, or
submitted under the PhD stream (see below) until the cap of 1000 applications is reached.May be this news will apply after 7-5-2012 or he is in PHD Stream. |

You are absolutely right this is news only indicate new application submission. I think about the quota of application and priority. this means if they are accepting new files. so this stock will also add in 2011 quota and which will decrease the number visa for pre june 2010 applicant. |
