I second u jnathan, I dont know why everyone trying to push one backward whosoever tries to show them the cic's visa issuance pattern.
Even I tried, everybody said I am spreading negativity on the forum. this sounds ridiculous, people who have been waiting for years now have got depressed and they attack people like us who tell them the truth.

CIC is filtering applications, some of us might have given reference letters from our relatives(Without even working), some will be
old aged but they may be showing them as computer professionals, some may doing other malpractices.

Plz go to federal court of canada's website, then u guyz will find the REAL TRUTH behind the refusals.

once again, I wud like to quote that wat we are trying to portray the changed pattern of cic, nothing else.

Hi Jonathan,

Try to keep your mouth shut.I do no care for your comments.You can keep on writing stuff which helps you personally.I am writing because some of your comments are affecting others not me.

Yes,I have applied in buffalo .Let me tell you I got medical request after 26 months.My application was rejected by buffalo and then the fight started from my side and now I have been asked to get medical done.

So u see nothing was easy for somebody who applied in Buffalo.I had to go throuhg the same pain which some of my friends in India or bangladesh are going through.Waiting period was too much.

Only difference is I stopped following things once I submitted my application.I did not bother after I submitted my application .I only took steps or got more involved in it when I heard something from Visa Office.

Once again, for you Jonathan,twice I had to go through the problems with Buffao office.

Dear All

Please understand, this blog is just indication not everyone who applied under 4131/0213 is in this blog. So we don't get the correct picture. I feel in summers Delhi VO will be busy returning applications of Pre 2008 along with refunds. So expect the Medicals by Oct-Dec and Visas by March 2013.

Now what happpened Jnathan...Doesnt these fulfill your request "Rlex, May I ask you how many 0213/4131/0111 successful cases you got in the last 6-8 months from CHC ND, ISB ( now London), CHC Singapore, CHC Beijing"

For US -many of the Humble souls in here, The above list would be enuf to contradict your THEORY and to belive that there is no crooked policy for the VO to segragate appplications based on the nationality and the NOC!
Guess yoou wouldnt stop bragging or be satisfied even if they stamp the maple leaff in your passsport?

Anyway Let your belief HELP you my friend !
