As far as I remember Jnathan's Application is under NOC 0213. Still I fail to understand y so demoralizing comments about particular NOCs.

There were 38 NOCs & later were reduced to 29 i.e. 9 NOCs were removed so y VO will only target to reject 0213 & 4131.... NO Logic.

If the documentation is not proper or docs are fake or the points are not proper then applications even in existing NOCs of 29 list will be axed.

I am also pre June applicant and got 2nd AOR on February 2011 from Moscow VO, till now I can not find my ecas so a member in this forum advised me to order caips but it will charge 25 $...............have you also ordered your caips and did they charge???/

by the way you said that "all Major Pre June application / working inventory may clear within 18 Months as per Minister speech",
where did you read this statement? it means that we have to wait another 18 month? I dont think so......

 @ Canadian Dreams,

Sir,Janathan appears to be an erudite person. His posts are targeted to be outcome of well researched attempt  to make them convincing.Be that as it may,he seems to have missed the fundamental aspect of the processing system.I am of the view that adaptabilty of the applicant in Canadian environment, predominantly features above all in VO'S mind at time processing of an application. Yes,under the changed sacenario  vO'S  priority could be to make it  more market compliant.Still,it is not fare to RELEGATE NOC 0 213 ND 4131,to the extent that they would to be rejected enmass.
U are absolutely correct that quality of docs shall be the deciding factor for an application, irrespective of NOC it has been applied under.More importantly, while sending our posts we should not be judgemental.
Any ways,thanx for nice post.
Good luck nd May God bless all the struggling prejuners !!

I agree with Jonathan , there must be a reason  even though 4131 and 0213 are not listed in current 29 occupations , why the NDVO has picked up only 4131 and 0213 from the June list.

There are so many applicants, who applied in May and they are also in current 29 occupations List but still there application is RBVO.

Only the future will tell but there is one  thing common and that's a lot of rejections either for one or another stupid reasons.

Going by the forum ,majority of the NOCs are 4131 and 0213.

I pray everybody gets through with this bad phase and gets the maple leaf on there passports
Kavya, yeswecandoit, Rlex,

The situation is not positive for 0213 and 4131's for the last 6-8 months.
I am requesting you to visit Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian Threads and especially look at the number of applicants' status of those particular NOCs in those threads. you'd see closely, it couldnt be that stalled anything more than that. I am not discouraging you, I am just describing whats going on. Forecasting might go either way. Stay Positive everyone.

Look here what Guys in Pakistani thread is getting.   6-12 months waiting letter. Look at the list of waiting applicants here.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/join-list-of-pakistani-residents-after-1-april-2010-chc-london-t48848.6855.html

Made my eyes tired of counting the stalled Applicants' names belong to 0213 and 4131 . they still got chance.

Applicant: Arsh Ali  0213
Got letter wait 6 to 12 months more.

Applicant: Hinnajamal  4131
Got letter wait 6 to 12 months more.

Let me tell you dear friend, Nothing is bad at all, and I am so thankful to collect the positive data for the thread which was under negative pressure.

I would like to say a few points to all who thinks 0213 or 4131 has dark;

a) one thing to remind all that the catagories of applicants from 213 as well as 4131 do not just limit who are actively involve in this forum or the one who post their details like above. However, % of applicants are silent reader of our threads who havent posted their details here at the thread. % of applicants are those who even dont know the term or the world called http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board, so we must need to consider those who are out there.

b) a person, share his/her data for IP or MR or DM, we can believe him/her. Every application has individual  as well unique identity. To conclude our own case based on other's data or to mass conclusion(rejection)  for 4131 or 0213 can be bit unacceptable.

c) If all of you start reading my post as well as start appriciating the same, that doesn't mean that I start believeing myself as a visa officer. I am still one of the applicants who are in a que to get MR.

d) If any one has doubts for 4131's job market at Canada, kindly follow the link;
http://www.canadavisa.com/college-vocational-instructors-4131.html

e) There is nothing personal I wrote here. Its the general points came in my mind. Also 4131 as well as 213 are facing a lot of criticism since long so I thought to write above.

Please correct me if I am wrong here,

God Bless all,

Thanks Parhar Ji for supporting my views

Another affirmative & logical post by "yeswecandoit" ...  4131 & 0213 are the professions highly applied under MI-1 so if the applications are high, most of the rejections will obviously come from these categories only.

So no need to panic..... I firmly believe that proper applications will be processed regardless of NOCs & improper applications even in high demand will face rejection.

V.O. can't be so unethical to blindly reject applications by just glancing on the NOC Code written on front of the application. Visa Officer's discretion is apparent for each file processing regardless of NOC.

Also another fact is that CIC is having huge inflow of applications so documents quality will play a vital role in deciding PER/NER. Rejections will happen on new applications also & they are happening at CIO level & CHC level also.

They are over looked by us since we (MI-1) are not concerned & we get moved by rejections in MI-1 only ........ Simple Human Psychology.

Agree with you Kavya, I sincerely believe this criticism will evaporate once we start seeing MRs' from NDVO for Pre-Juners with In process cases like ours. However the billllion dollar question is when will we start seeing the MR's?
