what about the courier service's tracking system? Does that say that the updated documents were delivered top your VO? which Courier serivce did you use? I am watching they are giving less attention to 0213's these days.
yap courier service's tracking system says that docs delivered on 17 sep 2011 i used TCS which is using DHL for international delivery and till today they havent charged my credit card i send case spec inq to the office last wk but no reply till today |

seems that within few days we all be sharing our good news Inshallah
as per on different forums
applicants who have submitted full documents till 15th Oct 2010 are getting IP or DM status and letters
for additional documents are being issued to some applicants
i am very upset as many of 0213 got rejections with a reason
you do not indicate that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation
as set out in the occupational description of the NOC or that you performed all of the essential duties and
a substantial number of the main duties as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC
i dont know that what criteria they are following as most of the 0213 have given same responsibilities as mentioned in NOCs
lets c what happens

its not "Completed" its only "Reviewed" which is not a Visa issue only a review of documents, issuing of visa can be much later after the file goes in review, many Pre-junes are already in process but no MR yet
So you mean we have to wait untill next year...to know their decision....God have some mercy on us...already 2 years has been passed and lot more to wait with Finger Crossed... Raj_Hoque |

this has turned out to be a lottery now with over 70% of the awaiting applicants are eligible to get their visa but not all of them will get it.
alizia,
a country reeling with recession and in the midst of job and budget cuts they wouldnt hire new 0213's and 4131's coz these are the professionals those must be paid higher salaries. still I believe that IT is a vital part of their economy and the bulk of their IT workforce is supplied from Asian countries. stay hopeful. better look for other countries.

At times,forum members fall prey to pre-concieved notion nd undermine certain aspects which may affect others' feelings/aspirations.Even if we have some rationales in what we opine,we should desist from sending such posts which tantamount to hurt some one.
Ur posts have always infused possitive energy in the forum ,that is what we need at this point of time. U deserve kudos for all this.May be,we have qualified members here in the forum, who instinctively jump into such a conclusion,as if it would be the last word from VO.
