the London office website states about the time line:
"Skilled Worker applications received after February 27, 2008: Because these applications are affected by new regulations, an average processing time is currently not available. Do not contact us for case status enquiries within 9-12 months of submitting your application"

this could be good news for pre june-2010 applicants as expected times could be reduced.

That's great news. The applicants who submitted documents in June-10 & July-10 are still waiting, and a person who submitted documents in Oct-10, get MR. That's great luck also. What is his visa office & NOC?

As I mentioned in my post his VO is Buffalo and he got his 2nd file number on Oct. 2010 (he sent his full documents on May 2010 to Buffalo)
He is a student (FSW3) in Canada.

they are discouraging us to contact embassy

its not good news now london processing time is 23 months for pre june 2010.

And this is the time that they have taken in the past to process the applications. In future how much time they will take, is very much uncertain and to certain extent unpredictable.

Today after 9 months from issuing 2nd AOR I could check my status in Ecas according to it . I was excited although it seems funny .

be optimistic guys - CIC has a major problem in shape og growing backlogs and limited capacity to take in new immigrants not because they dont need many immigrants but because any infrastructure(healthcare, schools, other govt. functions, housing etc. etc) can only manage certain levels of incoming traffic...so now they have taken few initiatives which are serious enough to make a dent in this backlog...1- they have capped FSW program. 2- they have increased FSW intake by 10,000 for 2012. 3- they have introduced super visas for parents program and also have paused this regular program for another two years.

so all these new initiaves will give them two advantages.

1- more working hours will be spent on FSW backlogs.

2- enhanced quotas mean more visas for FSW.

dont forget there will be few rejections as well as some applicants might pull back their apps due to xyz factors........
so the overall picture is looking good. sit tight and pray to GOD at all times. when the time comes the happiness will take away all frustration InshALLAH....

its not good news now london processing time is 23 months for pre june 2010.  

Its actually good news...last month the wait time for London VO was 27 months...and now its 23 Months...it means this waiting time is coming down..may be slowly but its improved by 4 months....lets be optimistic and pray to GOD ...

 i agree. think positive. the fact that the processing time in their website decreased means there is tremendous improvement overall. remember that this is average time we are looking at...
