I thinks we are not in fast track
As per website our cases will take 20-26 months to finalize
They start considering time once we submitted our documents?
I applied from UK then move back to my homeland

I am a Canadian through and through, so my timelines won't be found, but we have been hoping SO hard that a dear friend will be able to come to Canada. Got some information but don't ask me for the source that NDVO took out pre June applicants file , which was dumped earlier in there record rooms , hopefully we will start hearing news from January 2012 onwards .

i think its a system generated answer that they got 425000 file between 2008 to june 2010 and 144000 still needs to finalize and your file will take 2 years or more to finalize
please advise

As per a forum   Yesterday around 11 applicants from feb-early april 2010 got status in process with address disappeared from our different threads. indian,KDSTL,chintan,nano,simpsoja,sunnysliten,mehulca,hiteshdand,sandhuhar,sukhi_boy,deepty,shairala etc. Means newdelhi visa office opened files till early april 2010 who got file transfer dates in their e-cas status and those who recieved 1ST AOR from CIO before 28 september2010 got file transfer dates lines in their e-cas while those who recieved 1ST AOR after 28 september 2010 are having UCI number and no file transfer dates in their e-cas . It means Newdelhi visa office will start working on those files who have file transfer date in their e cas at this time. Hi,

Dear Sadika, As per your quote files till april 2010 will be in process in next week what will done for MAY and june 2010 file how long will they have to wait Chill! Read the thread - that is why we do it, to help us see what is happening.
Two of the 3rd May applicants have their AOR and they both took about 2 weeks from CC being cashed. This should give you hope that yours will take a couple of weeks, not 4 months!

Hi...even mine is March 2010 case, in process since April 2011 with address missing since yesterday ....fyi only. Personally don't think address disappearing makes any difference...its has happened umpteen times earlier. Happy though that CIC is updating its processing time lines regularly...for NDVO from 10 to 14 months to 15 and now 16 months. Wonder if the time lines are from the date/month the file was transferred to NDVO or from the date/month of 2nd file number?
