Nops i havent send any updates to London CHC in last 8 months. but i am going to send documents of my daughter in next wk as passport is ready Birth certificate, translation of B Form, and forms are also filled up. i m a bit confused i just edited my old forms IMM0008 of myself and IMM5406 form mine and my spouse whereas new forms are available on CIC web site. should i send latest forms IMM0008 and IMM5406 form me and my spouse. or old forms will work |

Hi,
I got a reply from CHC that " If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, your application will take two years or more to be processed. "
So , now they have again slowed down ......
Did anyone else got the same reply ........

It's a standard reply they have been sending for the last 4-5 months.
and this has mostly (99.99%) been sent to ND applicants. I guess they got more applications in ND than any other offices.
On the other hand CHC London is sending the following reply:

CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament. As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume.
