Hi I have sent my application May 2010 and have received the complete application back in my mailbox yesterday. The reason for rejection is that I have missed to complete a section in IMM 00008 document (put N/A in spouse's other residencies section !! ); In the letter it is also mentioned that, If I want to reapply I have to review and be aligned with the new regulations for skilled workers from Jun 2010. I quickly checked my NOC code which was 2145 , and in the new NOC list its no longer valid  . Do you have any advice / solution for me in this , is there any way I can re apply and send over my application quickly with NOC 2145? on what date of MAY you applied so that we may get hint of date of which applications are in process In the letter it is also mentioned that, If I want to reapply I have to review and be aligned with the new regulations for skilled workers from Jun 2010. this statement is alarming for us all as we will not get any chance if any mistake found in our files especially for those whose NOC are eliminated |

NOTE: Processing times for Federal Skilled Worker applications received on or after June 26, 2010, are not yet available. For applications sent before June 26, 2010, the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, is currently working on applications received up to May 7, 2010.

Wow thats a bit relaxing. But I am confused a bit. I wanted to learn more on how visa office process the application.
One of my fried has applied to Sydney Nova Scotia in end of April this year. But he has got any confirmation from them and they are writing that they are reviewing the files till 7th May.
Any thoughts on this?

Hello everyone! I have been reading this forum for a long time, with ups and downs in my mood. My application was recieved on may 3rd ( per canada post ) My NOC was removed on june 26. Recently I have found I left some blank spaces in my application. I ve read some cases where they got 30 days to complete and re send under the old rules. Do you think it will apply to my case? Thank you
