Hey everybody!
I wanted to ask that we submitted our full documents in May 2010 but the RBVO details on the cic website shows that our full documents were transferred to the london visa office on 27th July 2010, so will our application be processed according to post June 2010 or pre June 2010 (Feb 2008 - June 2010) applicants?

hi angelpot. it starts with their receipt of the full documents - i.e. 2nd AOR. you can also check relevant information here : Migrate to Canadareceipt of full application package...is it the same as 2nd AOR? ohhh now i'm confused. i thought i should start counting from the day/month they received my full application package. which in my case, i sent my full documents on Feb 2011. i am assuming they received my full documents on the same month (feb 2011) since per their site, it says there that "London VO received my application....and it is pending review". my status has been like this for 4 months now. i still don't have my 2nd AOR (am i making any sense here?). i was hopeful that the 16 month-waiting game period starts from Feb 2011  what if i received my 2nd AOR..lets say on July? Does that mean that i should start counting from July? i thought 2nd AOR is an acknowledgement that they will start reviewing and processing the application based on the documents on hand. they should've said that processing is based on the time we started reviewing the documents versus the statement on their site that processing is based on receipt of complete application package. please enlighten me ... |

Shela..congratulations!!! When did you submit your complete application package? Based on the trend with London VO...it usually takes 4 to 5 months to receive 2nd AOR from the day you submitted your full documents. This trend goes to those who submitted their full documents from Nov. 2010 to Feb 2011. Not really sure though. |

Hi People
here is my story,
I applied for the CSQ ( Quebec VISA) on July 2007 from Dubai, and I got my acceptation after interview on september 2008, and I applied for the PR in Abudhabi office November 2008,
September 2009 I got the Medical exams Form, did and send it the same Month,
and then nothing happen till I relocate to Saouth Africa because I got married and my wife fall pergnant.
so I informed CIC Abudhabi, they told me that they transfered my File to Pretoria, where they asked me to update my history forms, and asked again for PCC , which was provided .
and then they ask me to fill up my wife's form and to add a PCC for her as well, which is also done on March 2011. and in one of their emails they told me that they received successfuly the medical exam results.
but since then I didn't hear from them, I tried Fax, email, the link in their website, no answer.
so Guys what do you think is happening, and why they dont reply and they took such a long time, I lkjkkk

May 2010 applicants - submit your details and timeline here. I dropped my initial application in FEDEX today and am assuming it will be received by May 5 or 6. Let's share our timelines  Don't forget to input your details/timelines with the exact dates HI THIS IS DR JASPREET I applied on 27 feb to nova scotia and got my file no on 5 april 2011 and my file was transfered to new delhi on 1 may 2011 .My status is RBVO till date can any body guide me when will process start.thanks |
