hi everyone , seniors pls. help. I checked my ecas and it seems like...there is weird messages on details it was showing that " we received your application and supporting documents and they are pending review in Nova Scotia C-50 office." it looks like the 2nd Aor but I hav;nt treceive any and i submitted my full docs. last Nov. In Buffalo how come it is in Nova Scotia again.. is it posible they tranferred my docs. but without informing me..? Pls. Help. any idea will be appreciated. I 've read a lot with this messages but no answer from them too..Hope someelse..had the same situation and share pls. Thanks Godbless to all!! It is somehome cofusing and make me a little nervous. WHAT DOES IT MEANS  pls.. shae inputs.. Thank you. |

Maybe they have sent second AOR to u but due to some problems it did not reach your address. It is not such a big problem to worry about. You will recieve your AOR very soon. I have the same status in my e-case. |

I also belong to Buffalo VO and my status has changed to RBVO , but has not received 2nd AOR so far. Probably we may get after a few days.
Regarding VO , it should be Buffalo, not Nova Scotia if you had mentioned the USA address in the initial application to CIO.
In this case, you can send an email to Buffalo VO , and get clarified. Did your status show the File Transfer Date to VO ?
What is your status ? is it RBVO ??

Thanks for asking actually, my ecas showing is still received by Centralize intake office, but when I clik on the details..it shows that they have receive this date, and next line eligilibility complete, we send you letter...so on...then nxt line..we receive your application and supporting docs. and they are pending review in nova Scotia...
Thank you saida, as you mentioned you had the same status as well may I ask when did you get your 2nd AOR? and AOr here in Canada or Buffalo are thru emaile..like with lots of my freinds..hopefully everything will be fine..thanks for all your inputs..Godbless.

my full docs reached there on 25th nov ... it got changed to RBVO last week ( might be earlier but not sure .. i dont check that frequently ) ... status follows ... - CIO received my apps and date - issued 1st aor ..expect delay - RBVO by Buffalo - pending review ... I havent received 2nd aor yet ... when i started this process i was told that whole process would take anywhere between 8-12 months .. now i am not sure if i would get that in 24 months or not  ... |

i sent my documents to Cairo visa office in 14th feb
my statues is RBVO
i haven`s received my 2nd AOR so far
in CVO the process take 18 months , but there are some people i know send there documents from 2009 and they still haven`t receive their Medicals |

atleast it shows pending review at the visa office you guys have send to.. for my case I am not sure why it went to Nova Scotia, Sydney rather than Buffalo office.. I am suspecting a rejection

Sans_May2010 [/quote] I submitted my passport on Feb 8th and later received a reply that they won't be able to issue visa until July because they need to control number of immigrants to enter in country as per the parliament guidelines. My medical date is Nov 13, 2010 so my visa will be valid only upto Nov 13, 2011. This give me only few months to rellocate. I am not sure if this is happening for everyone ?

Dear Sans_May 2010 - I dont think so This news sounds too bad as I sent my passport for visa last week and waiting for a PR visa now! Hope I will get it soon. Any senior guys here hared anything like that? I dont beleive this can happen after medical and passport request! Anyway waiting to see your point of view on this guys!
