first we have to attest documents from board and  university
then we have to go to IBC and HEC
afterwords attestation form foreign office   
and lastly from notary public

Pls dont give up on the attestation and notarisation. It is part of the requirements if an applicant is not from any English or French taught institutions and country.

You have also done a good job in documents gathering and compilation...alizia. However, for completeness and accuracy, you can check the VO requirents for your country of application.

for bank statement i requested my father to put amount in my salary account
same was done by him the money was transferred on 8th of july 2010

will this statement work as my previous statements shows only salary transitions.

further more will it be better to get an affidavit from father stating that
he is giving amount for my settlement in canada and he will not ask this money back.

guys do visit April -2010 applicants forum, attestation from these institutes is not compulsory but if one have documents attested from these authorities then surely it reduces the time and help you in ur application processing, in and degree is attested from HEC means no verification is required anymore by CIC

This gesture from your father is in the right order...the provisions/requirements does not bar gifts from your father to you. However, the appropriate to do will be to put the money in a fixed deposit account in your name between now and the time you will submit your documents.
You can approach the bank then for your statement whem the time is right. For benefit of hindsight, these are the provisions of the VO requiremnts in London and Islamabad.

•current bank certification letter; or
