YAAR automated voice told me status of application..
In my case, automated voice gets my cliend ID, birth year and then directly transfers to an agent without providing any info....so i decided to speak with CIC agent...i was transferred to him in less than a minute...he checked my details and told me that my file has been transferred to my VO on 17 Dec. So insha Allah, soon it will be updated on VO system....i hope so.... BR |

u can also try in morning .i.e night canadian time..
do u use gmail to call or regular landline or phone ??

There is something wrong with gmail call...whenever i call...dual voice starts...one voice says please wait and other voice says"welcome to free music.com"  .... i dont know whats wrong with gmail phone....so i used regular mobile phone to call.... |

When did u apply? I mean when did u submit ur initial application to CIO, Sydney, NS? If u applied before 26 June then u r safe but if u applied after 26 june then this category is no more valid. |

i just recently got my 1st AOR. i had applied on 21st may. Actually my case was rejected because they were not able to process by credit card payment. i had not sent my CVV number and that is why it got rejected. i was very dissapointed and did not know what to do. i even talked to some very high profile immigration lawyers in karachi. but they told me that there is no hope.
just as a last resort i wrote to the minister of immigration explaining that there is no information in the application guide or the form that the cvv number needs to be shared and through no mistake of mine my application is rejected.
just a few days ago they wrote back saying that they will reconsider my orignal application and i need to send it again. this time i sent it with demand draft and only a few days latter i got a response telling me to submit my documents in 120 days.
i am very impressed by the fairness of the immigration system. i hope all goes well for me.
i will need the help of all you guys for the documents. i have a few questions which i will post soon.

Following forms are changed:-
1) Schedule 3 – Economic classes (IMM 0008)
2) Fees payment Form – Application for PR (includes Credit Card CVV no)
3) Document Checklist (IMM 5612)
To all who are submitting the full documents can take a note of this.
