Hi Mena,
This mix up does not call for any serious concern as long as your JD is not materially different from what obtains under your NOC code.

Cheers.

Hi Sherry00,

Thank you for your update but like I said in my post earlier these are guides and subjected to updates from time to time. The VO responsibe for applicants in various jurisdictions will advice on needed documents. It is also possible that the AOR will have the requirements from the Visa Office applicable to their countries.

We can check the link applicable to applicants to the London Visa Office in the link below;

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37023.pdf

I hope this has clarify the position of this piece from my end.

Cheers

Hi Alizia,

Correct me if I am wrong, you have applied to CIC in may & you are waiting for your 1st AOR.

The April applicant who are now in process are those who received their 2nd AOR from CHC i.e. after submitting all the documents.

You are still in the beginning stage of application, where you will get your 1st AOR, then you have to send full documents to your CHC office withing 120 days, after which you will get your 2nd AOR & from then another approx 2-3 months to get In process then medical submission & lastly the Maple leaf i.e. Visa.................

yp i send my application to Nova Scotia on 23th of april 2010 and online fedex tracking shows that it reached there on 3rd May

while April applicants are those who are receiving their first AOR from NS
NS office collect the mail and put it up in Que on every Monday they open 800 files to asses the initial eligibility in this particular time they present the CC / DDs for charging it up
credit cards are charged immediately while DDs take 4 working days to get charged
Applications which are complete in all aspects are given up AOR(reference No) to process further

applications of 26th april are now in process and there are only 4 more working days left for May Applicants to startup with

yes i m in beginning stage and gathering my documents so that to save time and send my application to VO as soon as possible

the information i wrote above is not mine it was given by one of my cousin who is migrated to canada (through consultant)
he told me not to hire any consultant he will give me all the required help
