validity of the passport should b more than 6 months when they will request for it for visa.If u will go to passport office for new one and still u have one year in expiry,the office will not allow u for a newer one,this is my personal experience if u have machine readable passport |

Hello All,
I got my file number from Nova Scotia. Unfortunately my parents died recently. I have one sister who is 20 yrs old and doing her study's .Now I am the only one left 2 look after my sister.
MY QUESTION IS
I already clear initial assessment AND I need to submit all my supporting document by 15 jan 2011.
Can I add my sister as my dependent in my application.
CAN HE APPLY FSW PR ALONG WITH MY SISTER AS A DEPENDANT.
Seniors Please advise ..

guys a question.. I got my 1st AOR this 28th oct and that give me 120 days which will be end of feb 2011 to submit my application to CIC Buffalo office.I will have a new born by Jan 12(who will be US citizen by birth).. so is it worth to wait for a new born and then submit the application by end of feb? what is your recommendation.. what if i plan to file for new born after feb? is it even possible.. i think that might leave my kid to be out of status.. I am confused and not sure what to do.. plz help.

Dear All
Please advise on the following queries:
1) I have to submit full docs to London office but a few things have changed unfortunately i have been made redundant and at the moment without a job? does that affect my immigration...
2) I am going to have a baby soon inshallah next week so how do i add onto the application
3) What are the final docs that need to be sent to CHC London > i understand we have to send the copy of docs that we sent to CIO as well
4) My dob on passport is different from my educational docs its 1st jan 1980 on pp and 30 march on educational docs can i get an affidivat from pak embassy clarifying the same that its their error
In the AOR they mentioned almost same forms do we need to again re-fill all
I would really appreciate an urgent response
