I am in urgent need of help. My query is regarding PCC. I have stayed in India in different states after attaining age of 18yrs for my education and job requirement. Do I need to get a PCC from each city I have stayed or from the city wherein my permanent residence is.

yes dear ... u must have to obtain the police clearance from every state where u stayed for more than 6months. it is a must becuz u will show ur experiences and education, so those documents shows the state from where they belongs, so dont take any risk.. u have 2 options.. 1.. dont show those docs from where u r not able to obtain PCC. 2.. obtain PCC of every state highlighted according to ur docs.. |

In case of CC, the amount deducted will be refunded in 6 to 9 weeks in the respective account. in case of DD, they will send u an immediate refund in the same reverse manner (DD in ur Name) |

Hi sgeovar,
My application was received on May 5 by CIO.
The Credit Card was charged August 6.
Friends - another information. I just filled in my duties and rold only in the space alloted in the application. Also I am doing a managerial duty here in US even though my designation says 'Systems Analyst'. So, this voids all those earlier discussions that you have to be in a 'managerial' designation to be approvied. One more thing to note is I am Post Graduate ( masters in computer science ) and have 11 years experience.
My thought is. they have calculated my experience and education and hence the designation doesn't matter. This is just a clue for people who fall in the same line.
I am on a travel profile and have hectic travel next couple of weeks. But I am sure you all will watch the forum in this weekend. Pls post your questions and I will try my best to answer them before this Sunday.

Hello All,
I got my file number from Nova Scotia. Unfortunately my parents died recently. I have one sister who is 20 yrs old and doing her study's .Now I am the only one left 2 look after my sister.
MY QUESTION IS
I already clear initial assessment AND I need to submit all my supporting document by 15 jan 2011.
Can I add my sister as my dependent in my application.
CAN HE APPLY FSW PR ALONG WITH MY SISTER AS A DEPENDANT.
Seniors Please advise ..
