Based on page 227, reply # 3393 & 3392, most of those who received their AORs are from either Asian visa offices, London VO, and some european VOs BUT not even one from Buffalo, Accra, and Damascus VO have received an AOR. Just trying to figure out a pattern. One thing for sure, CIO is not sorting it out based on a first come-first serve basis or not based on time frame. Maybe they are sorting it out based on regions or parts of the world? I maybe over-analysing things here.

yes u r rite, 0213 is no more on the list, i have sent only notarized copies of all the educational docs including Bsc (Hons) degree, but i obtained seald envlope transcript from Uk .. my uni is in UK. i have emaild them and they sent me within a week. along with a letter which contains the verification of my degree, thats how i did not needed the verification of HEC etc etc...
high schol and SSC certif were just simply notarized along with the transcripts and thats all..

any ways, dnt take any risk..... do  it what ur heart says.... make it satisfied 1st...

just send photo copies of ur transcripts (of degree only) verified by HEC, only if u r unable to get it sealed by the university but if university give u such facility on a nominal charges then u must go for University Sealed Envelope transcripts along with  the Notarized copy of ur degree..  yes University will seal it.. not U. u just put ur notarized copy of the degree with that sealed envelope.

Notarized copies of matric and inter certificate. along with the transcripts.

I need help . As i am under Backlog application ( Sept. 2006 NOC 3131 ).

Now i am planning to apply for Fast Track after going through number application filed till 26 June 2010 . Also 3131 is under new 29 Catagory.

But i have some questions on documentation requirements .

(1) Getting educational trascripts under university sealed envelop ? What exactly is the meaning of it ? what is the way to get it ? My educational is from three different universities . ( University of Rajasthan , Jaipur , IGNOU & ICFAI University New Delhi ) Any one have idea of any university how to get educational trascripts under university sealed envelop from these universities ?

(2) What are the exact documents required from my Employer ?

(3) 3131 is fall under FSW1 or FSW2 ?

(4) Do i need to send Proof of Fund with application ? If yes then what is way & how to present it to CIO ?

(5) Is it possible to that my OLD application & New Application run parallely ? When should i withdraw my OLD application ?

(6) Need to know how much points i will get from Education.

10+2 = Full time after that

2 year Diploma in Pharmacy = Fulltime

3 year Bachelor in Computer Application = distance mode from IGNOU , New Delhi

2 year Master in Business Administration = Distance mode from ICFAI University .Dehradun. 

My both the Distance university is UGC Approved .

Kindly Help to take firm decision to apply for Fast Track,

I strictly recommend u to withdraw ur previous application 1st before initiating new.. becuz it will be messup there and may be possible that both of ur application got stuck... then what will u do, will launch a 3rd application... no way........

decision is urs.... mind it that thay have a database, in that database ur name, i.D card number, passport number already exists then how come system accept your application twice. it may be possible to run prallel applications of two diffrent countries but for the same country its not possible...

before u do this think about it, concern specialists of the immigration and then ACT.... i am providing you the best of my knowledge..

You do not need to withdraw your old application. There is no law where it is mandatory to withdraw your application. A friend of my recently got visa with his fast track application while his baclog application was still at Visa Office.

The Visa Officer brought out his two applications at the interview section and asked him to withdraw one..(Of course he withdrew the old application).

For security sake, allow the two to run concurrently, only you need to disclose that you already applied on......date under FSW1/2/3  and qoute the number.

As a matter of fact I have two application running now.

(1) original transcripts of bachelor's and master's degree in a university sealed envelope. with university stamp on sealed envelope. no need to attest original transcripts from hec or ministry of foreign affairs. yes university will give you envelope and you can seal infront of them and ask them to put stamp on it. depends on which university you from. tell them you need for canadian immigration.

(2) make photocopies of all degrees then attest them first from hec then ministry of foreign affairs then from notary public. degrees need not to be put in university sealed envelops because its already attested by hec and ministry of foreign affairs.

(3) matric and intermediate degrees / transcripts not needed as it says in visa office forms checklist that only post secondary education documents are required. but if you send its positive step.

it is written in London Visa office instruction to send "photo copy of the form that you sent to the CIO"
but in email they are saying to get forms from links and fill them...
anyone who send doc to London, plz guide.

when you first submitted your application to CIO you might have downloaded guide lines that came with that.
if you check guidelines that came with application package for FSW then on page 22 it says

(1) make two photocopies of original forms

(2) sign the original forms and send them to CIO

(3) photocopy 1. if the cio advise you to send a complete application to visa office then submit your fist set of photocopied documents with your original signature to the visa office. if applicable make sure to include a letter explaining any changes in your application since your initial submission.

(4) photocopy 2. keep the second set for your personal records.

By the grace of GOD almighty I have recieved my first AOR few moments ago. My visa office is London, DD encashed on 19 Aug 2010. I am a silent reader of this forum But I want to thank all of you for your support and lessons of patience from all of you. GOD bless you all and May we all land in Canada safely very soon.

By the Grace of Allah Almighty, I have just received our AOR a couple of minutes ago. Alhamdolillah, we are very happy now It just happened when we were totally hopeless and discouraged. Thanks to all guys who encouraged and kept the faith high.
