154 days passed and just wait, wait n wait...ahhhhhhhhhhh

really enough is enough....CIO system seems totally ridiculous.....everything has a limit....what kind of crappy system it is....they claim everything will be processed in order as the applications received...where is that order...where is fair and justice system that they claim....where is the truth that they never speak...whenever u call, u will get a new lie...totally idiotic and stupid system...God knows better what kind of other systems they have implemented in their country...already paid the fee which seems stuck along with all the money in the bank doing nothing and keeping that to maintain statement....totally disappointed, hopeless and dis-hearted. really dont wana pursue anymore and thinking of writing them to withdraw my application so that I can decide something else or at least can concentrate on the current matters....

I completly agree with you. I have sent my application in May 07, recived by CIO on May 10. No replay no answer. It is completly not fair. There is no order in issuing the AOR. No justice!!!
We are professional people who is ready to work and help in the country. Our home country paid for us the eduaction and the experince.

It is my right to have a decision made on my application before the next person recive it. I am not against any person but it is our rights.

I just checked the thread for June candidates now. Most VO Candidates have all received their AOR except Accra

Does anyone here knows visa issue staus now. I mean the applicants who submitted documents when?

I heared from a friend that the applicants submitted their documents to visa office in early march this year are receiving their visa's.

Any idea?

Dear alizia and other applicants net received AOR so far
last night i made a call to CIO and i was told that my record is not availabe the lady asked from me about my DD when it was encashed then we can tell the status of your application. next day i went to Dollar East from where i got my DD but they replied we can't tell u about ur DD ENCASHED DATE. we r responsibe to give u DD and withdraw ur DD if it is rejected. actually i don't have a copy of my DD. now i am so much worried what to do? 5 months r over now and difficult to wait the things now. so plz suggest what to do ?

even if you will provide them the exect date of deduction of your money
they will say the same thing i.e. they dont have any record

i told them the exect date of my CC
but even then they were fail to get my record

WILL U TELL US THAT HOW U ATTEST UR TRANSCRIPTS BECAUSE WE GOT OUR AOR ON 18TH OCT,2010 HOW CAN WE GET APPOINTMENT FROM HEC

it is very easy
just go to HEC office islamabad
you must have all degrees with you  
make two xerox (sets) of your degrees
400 rs for each degree and transcript
200 rs for each photocopy

you have to send the photocopies of your degrees to LONDON office i will recmd you to attest photocopies form HEC and then notrized them
and you have to send oridgnal transcripts to VO
HEC (RND) dept will seal your transcripts and will hand over to you
this all practice will take 3 hours
it is better to get appointment through net
just go to HEC webside and register your self they will give you time
and you will not face any hasle

Add me to the list - received my AOR on 30th Sep 2010. Application was received by the CIO office on 19th May 2010.

Some queries on my PCC -
a. Our address on our passport, and the one where we are currently staying is different. Will that make any difference - do we need to keep in mind anything while applying PCC -
b. where do we get the PCC from - passport office or the CID office -

one thing for everyone. i called them and i think its just because of that call as they have mentioned my new address on response whihc i gave them on call.

application received=4th may
DD = 4th Aug
AOR= 20 Oct

can anyone help me answer these questions:
i am currently gathering my documents to be submitted to the Manila Visa Office, as per required by FWS-CIO's AOR that i received.

1. Do i need to sign another form or just a photocopy of my initial application to the CIO will do?   YES new form also with ols ones copies
2. Need to pay for another processing fee to the Manila Visa Office?   NO, processing fee is already paid, u just have to pay RPRF fee only when u will be asked to pay at later stage after sending your full documents
3. Can i submit a notarized photocopy of my birth certificates or do i need to send them the originals taken from NSO?  if you have orignal then send orignal, dont give them any stupid reason for rejection
4. Do i need to renew my Police Clearances? When i submitted my application to the CIO, they are still valid? What is their basis to determine if it's still valid? Your submission to the VO or the CIO? YES its will be more beneficial if send a new and fresh Police clearance, bcz i will have more validity than previous as you can see the delays, if they have not touched ur application for 4 months then ur previous learance will becom in effective, so better is to send new one....

hi everyone,

now again same confusion, what should i do with my EILTS report.
it expired in Sep 2010. i applied in may 2010(i also sent CIO my EILTS report copy with application as it was required at that time) and i was suppose to get response in Aug.

now i read somewhere that EILTS should be valid from applcation to VO.

please help me with this.
