1>>> u need to send new forms with ur latest updates, n yes! u need to state that in the cover letter what has been updated.
2>>> RPRF can be send with the full doc. or can be sent only upon request from VO on later stage. The one paid to CIO doesn't cover the RPRF.
3>>> the assigned visa officer's duty is to check the forms & supporting doc. thoroughly.

(this is purely my opinion, seniors may give inputs too.)

as far as i know, you have to submit only the copy of the forms that you submitted in the CIC. but this time you submit this copy to the visa office. no need to make another set of forms...

Dear All

I am a silent participant of this forum thought of sharing some news with all my docs reached CIO on 17th may, DD encashed: 20 Aug 2010 category 0111 Financial managers till now no further reply (VO Office london) no AOR till date rcvd . I called on Friday UAE Time 10:30 PM to CIO office and was shocked when the rep over there told me (after verifying my details) that he doesnt see any information about my file being received or anything. I told him i checked with my bank and DD was encashed on 20 aug he again put me on hold and checked then said that apparently the sydney office systems are being updated which is why there is a long delay and the call centre's system is still not updated with any information. The only thing which we can do is to wait as per that guy. Did anyone get such response?

Oh also he said AOR will come by post? not email pls advise im seeing everyone is getting on email

I would really appreciate anyone's feedback

my postal address has changed after my application was sent to CIO.
how can i change the address and should i change my address at this stage.
most people says that AOR will come through email but who knows they send u hard copy.

yeh! AOR comes via. email.
BUT, if u reali want to update ur postal address, then u need to send CIO a mail, and write "URGENT" on the cover.

My consultant has submitted an official access request to CIC in Ottawa and should receive a reply in a few days. I will inform you as soon as I receive a reply.

Thank you we are waiting for your news. I have contacted damascus they said we have to contact sydney but sydney does not reply our requests. something smells rat with damascus applicants :&

AOR will come by email.

You need to call again and talk in details regarding your payment date, shipment tracking no., your full name, date of birth, email id and date of application received by CIO.

I had called last week and given all the details of mine. The lady was professional and she sent a complaint to CIC regarding my case. She asked me to wait till 30 days. But I m sure that my complaint has reached to CIC.

Sometime when you call to CIC, few of the employee are not professional. But make them realise that its difficult to get the line also to talk to them.

I paid my consultant already 1.9 Lacs and still to pay 1 Lacs as per my contract with the consultant. I know its a bit high, but their info and the way they do things for me are pretty nice. I dont care paying a bit extra for a good service, but it should not be too high. One of the guy said he pays only 2 lacs for the complete preocess including the fees for the spouse.

2nd AOR is the confirmation gotten from your visa office showing they have received your full document

I have spent about 5000 Canadian Dollar which includes governmet fees, courier costand other menial expenses and my consultant fee of $1040 still remaining $1040($490 and $550)to be paid but that would be after he must have sent my full document and the second part after i must have received my Visa. The whole process should be complete with with about $10,000 which includes the landing fees. budget having about $10,000 but this does not include the minimum amount you must have in your account

Actually AOR can come by email or post, or both. However they will usually send AOR by email if you specified an email address on your form, since it is cheaper and faster for them.

seniors one thing i like to know that i hav come to know that our DD has been charged on 13 augest 2010 but not yet recieved AOR and in our application we mention islamabad VO instead of LONDON VO now i am worried that is it the reason of delay of first AOR.  Plz guide me i will be thnkfull to u
