Hello Everyone,
I have a little problem, I am from Colombia and I applied through a agency here(they have a lawyer in Canada) according to them my documents where sent directly from Canada To Sydney-Canada in 3rd May, and I paid through a check so it s not easy to know if it was charged, but they have not told me nothing about my status application, so I want to inquire through email directly with Sydney.
Does anyone know an email where I can send a inquire about my process?

Unfortunately CIO. Sydney has no customer desk and they dont have any emails as well....CIO only recieves initial apps and sends the initial assesment. Hello Everyone,

I called them at 16139444000 and then I selected the options in this sequence 1...2...1...2....1
After that they ask me form my name, my date of birhtday and date of fill to sydney, I answer everithing but the exactly date of filled I dont know so they told me that I have to ask to my lawyer for the exactly date of filled.
But my problem is that the agency here in Colombia told me that the lawyer in Canada Filled the docs the first days of may that could be(3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of may) What Can I do?
Any suggestion will be appreciate.

hi guys, my CC was charged on 18th of august and today i got email from them. "You have indicated that you have work experience in occupations with the following NOC codes: 2173- Software Engineer, Software Analyst, Software Developer, Trainee Software Engineer, 2147- Research Assistant. These occupations are not included on the list of eligible occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008. For the reasons outlined above, your application does not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing." they are saying only http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list NOC are valid for visa, am wondering where is the NOC code for Software engineers ? when i applied NOC 2173 was there. guys need your inputs on this please.... thanks, piyush Dear Piyush, Just check NOC 1122 which is for consultant to management business,also check all the occupations listed under this NOC,hope u will get some of the job which u might have done in yr careeer and you can use that job title for yr next application.Dont write yr profession as software engneer but try to potray yr case with some another job title which comes under 1122. i got my ielts results today! listening 8.0 reading 6.5 writing 6.5 speaking 7.5 I'm happy with my scores. .... it's just that I cannot use it anymore. (sigh...  ) i got a total of 83 points for everything... |
