Hi guys


While I was reading the application guide on how to fill out the forms, I found out that post June 26 needs to forward their application to CIO, NS. instead to their VO. Hmmm... It is quite interesting..

Please see details:

If you are applying as a ...federal skilled worker on or after
June 26, 2010,
mail to the CIO in Sydney, Nova Scotia:
• your complete application, and
• supporting documents required in this checklist.
Note: After submitting your application, do not send any additional
documents unless you are requested to do so.
Refer to the "Mail the application" section of the Guide for Skilled Worker
Applicants.

federal skilled worker before June26, 2010,
mail to the visa office the:
• photocopies of the forms you submitted to the CIO, and
• supporting documents required in this checklist, within the 120 day
deadline set out by the CIO.
Refer to the instructions for Mailing to the Visa Office below.

Hope they it doesn't mean anything and they will follow the time lines posted on their website.

pls advise on follwing questions

01. my sister is in canada so my qustion is what sort of paper i need from her end .. her PR card xerox copy

passport n if more than plz let me knw ..

02. i need PCC also but from wear it should be made. From the office of Senior superintendent of police or passport office ....

03 how many  Band minimum needed  in IELTS

See the pattern of AORs..... still no one received AOR who belongs to London or Buffalo VO.... so i m sure it must be something related to VO this time...they have done some changes......so seems they are delaying these VO AORs delibrately....

is there anyone of Visa Office London Who got his /her Aor in last 4 to 5 days ?

i am from VO London and still waiting for my AOR

as per Navali post it seems that CIO is sending AORs according to VOs and if it is so
then v can relax for few more days

I am with London visa office also.. No AOR yet. my PCC expiring on 19th of this month.. .

will i need a new one when i get aor and send docs.. or will this one work too ?

Hi,

You need the copy of PR card, Birth certificate to show the relationship and some document to show she is currently residing in Canada like her tax statement, utility bills or rental agreement if she is renting etc. PCC its better to get it from Police but if you take from passport office that will do as well. There is no minimum requirement but however having a minimum of moderate in each band is better.

PCC should not be 3 months older than the date of application received by CIO and i believe you must have got your PCC after sending the docs to CIO in that case your PCC is valid because you application is already received by CIO.

i got my PCC after my file reached CIO...

will this work. or will i have to get a new one ??

Youre PCC are valid no need to get new one's. You got your PCC on 19th July which means youre application must have reached to CIO by 19th October but you already have sent it on 31st May so its valid.

If you have got PCC in February and submitted your application in May then you need the new ones but in this case they are valid.

Yes i am sure, on cic it says PCC should not be older than 3 months from the date of submission to CIO not CHC so PCC is valid.

well here is a news for users of this thread... after a loooonnnnnnggg wait i got my first AOR... lets hope now all of may applicant will start receiving AORs...
