i have an issue regarding language requirements. they asked that IELTS should not be 1 year old upon submission. is it submision to CIO or visa office. obviously it they wrote it here it mean its VO. my IELTS will expire(1 year) next month start (Sep 5) and i am still waiting for AOR coz this time its taking 120 days almost.
should i write any cover letter to them saying to accept my test results as delay was due to CIO response. so that they do not ask me to give language test again.
please suggest

I received in 12 days. Posted by FBI on July 19th, and received in Blr, India on July 31. Hope this helps. |

I received in 12 days. Posted by FBI on July 19th, and received in Blr, India on July 31.

My application is returned today. Reason: decilined credit card. They charged it on 9th August. I cannot reapply since NOC is not on new list.
I had sent an updated Payment Information on Aug 18th; but it went in vain. I called CIO agent on July 2nd when my credit card got blocked, and she told me to wait. Wherelse when i called them on 12th Aug, she asked me to send an updated payment info with "Urgent" stamping on it. My sorrow is that i was fed with different information. When i called on 2nd July, if she would have suggested me to send the payment info then, probably i would have my application porcessed further now.
I am really devastated now. Its just really painful to watch being denied when you have tried everything in your disposal to make something happen.
AS you know thE same happened to me. I did write an e mail to the minister explaining the situation with no luck yet. It is not fair, it's not logical to get different answers from the same place so write to him explaning the situation. I took the cc company to a local court, I had enough money and the denied the payment... It's difficult to give up. |

I havent receive my application returned back yet, but i know i will get it shortly. my cc company denied my cc charged twice on 8/17. i just mailed a letter with the payment form to CIC again just try my last chance even though its really low. hi aakash28, i am thinking to sue my cc company also. finding an attonery.
