I think those who submitted DDs have to wait min. 20 days to get their DD clear from the bank because we didnt here a single candidate from may applicants whose DD encashed till now ,but CC very fast upto 28 may clearing,,,,,,,,,,

I checked my Internet banking today, and the CC was charged on 17th Aug. My application was received on 28th of May. Please kindly update the information, and best wishes to all are still in the waiting time.
Brandburg, Are you sure that your application reached on May 28th or your guessing based on the date you mailed the original application. Just curious. |

People, can anyone advise me how to obtain a police clearance from Canada? My husband worked there for two years so definitely we need a police clearance for him.

After reading that so many CC charged on 17th Aug for 21 May and 28 May applicants (couple of minutes ago), I also got worried about my application as i am May 19th applicant and I didn't receive any call from my bank.
Due to curiosity, i thought to check my CC by internet banking and wowww ....by the grace of Allah Almighty, i found that CC has been charged on 17th Aug, just called the bank and they confirmed the same as well that transaction is done in Canada....Al-Hamdolillah....praying to Allah for success in all next steps...
please update in the record....

I got the received date from my courier company. Maybe I submitted the application within Canada so it is a little bit faster, otherwise, I don't see any special for my case. Take it easy, news will coming soon. |

hello all. i just read something sad in another thread. the threads name is APPPLICATION IN PROCESS FOR LA......i am applying under LPN which is 3233........but i am a CNA........
when i applied.....my consultant told me that i can apply under that category 3233 since it includes CNA in the other name as long as i perform atleast half of the responsibility of the job description.
This person in that thread who i think his/her name is NEWBIE wrote to me and told me that my application probably might be rejected because i do not perform major responsiblities and just the minor ones since he/she also applied under LPN and was rejected since she was RN.
because of this.....i am really sad.....despite not hearing anything from NS(submitted application MAY 4), i am now expecting a rejection because of NEWBIE's reply to that thread. i told the person that only a miracle can get this through. maybe that is why also i havent heard anything from NS......
experts....pls advise.......
if NEWBIE is right then i just hoped my consultant should have and would have advise me not to apply since i probably didnt have a strong case to begin with.
i use to wait for an email......hoping that i get my first AOR,.,,,,,,but now i dont know,,,,,i dont even know if i should tell my wife.....we are both out of status here in the US and this was our only way to feed 4 childen. oh well what can DRAMA do now.
ill keep you posted people if any miracle would occur from here on. ill wait.....ill see.....ill hope....but im expecting the worst.

Hi guys today morn. when I was dreaming my younger brother Sachin called me on phone and told me that CC has been charged he confirmed from Bank, it was just a happiest moment of my life.
