The forms on CIO website have been changed now (after 26th June). should we use these new forms while sending full docs to VO or the copy of same old forms that we sent to CIO?

I'm planing to use forms that are shown in AOR (hyper linked), if they are new then so it be.

In addition there is no at lot of changes in them anyway.

sorry for the disappointment,i want to suggest that you should surf through "resturant manager" with noc:0631 since it has almost the same main duties with that of accomodation service manager with noc:0632.

i think job can be given any tittle anywhere but the most important thing is that you must be able to perform the main duties expected of you,so if my suggestion is reasonable enough,i think you can re-apply through resturant service manager with noc:0631 which is still on the eligibility list.

Email means you have received the first AOR congrats , they dont send refusal by email

U actually needed to have made 2 photocopies of all the forms(filled) you sent to CIO before signing them. Now that u want to send full application to ur visa office, the right thing is for u to pick a set of the photocopies(of the originally filled forms) and put original signature.Attach a letter explaining any change and send them to the Visa office.U are not to fill a fresh form.More experienced people may comment pls.
Reading through the application guide b4 26th June(which will be used to assess ur application) carefully, u will find this under "Filling out the application"
Make two photocopies of the original forms.
Original forms:
Sign the original forms and send them to the CIO.
Photocopy 1 – Please refer to the table below.
If the CIO...
Then...
advises you to send a complete application to a visa office
submit your first set of photocopied documents with your original signature to the visa office.
Note: If applicable, make sure to include a letter explaining any changes in your application since your initial submission.
Photocopy 2 – Keep the second set of photocopies for your personal records

CIC website has been updated as follows:
CIO office is processing the cases received upto to June 10, 2010.

NOTE: Processing times for Federal Skilled Worker applications received on or after June 26, 2010, are not yet available. For applications sent before June 26, 2010, the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, is currently working on applications received up to June 10, 2010.

If rejected - by postal mail, if accepted - by email.
