sir would like to tell me that what they mentioned in ur form because i am also in the same boat i appled in March 2010 and received by CIO on 1st April due to some fileds mistakes form was sent back and i re-sbmitted on 11th May with the old version IMM0008 (12-2009) E now i am worried whether my form will b accepted or sent back again. plz reply i am waiting dreadfully.

Before sending your papers please confirm that you have the latest forms. One of my friends has received his papers back because one of the forms was not the updated one. It is not easy to find out the version of the form from the forms download page. Download all the forms and read the version on the left bottom of each form and match with your hard copy.

i am not talking about u i quoted ur response which u mentioned here. would u like to ask from him that which version he used either 2008 or 2009. Because i have checked 2009 and 2004 version there is no main difference like a sameone, but in 2008 version there was no filed of neither in additional family form. so plz confirm it which ver he used and reply me. i also came to know day after i sent a form.

i have a problem... i have sent my application last april 26 and was received may 5.  when i was reading about the canadian immigration i recently realized i put the wrong amount in the settlement funds in the economic class form in my application.  i put a lower amount although we have more than enough funds.  will i still be given a chance to address my concern?  will our application be rejected?  please help me...

this is one of the requirement that they will check, so most likely u will get rejection better when u receive it back just  send new application.It will definitely cost ur time for doing mistake.

My advice is that u send a letter to them stating that u have more money in ur account.I think there is a provision for additional information or document as long as decision has not been made on your application.You don't loose anything than the cost of postage.All the best.

How will I do that?  How will they connect my amendment letter with all the thousand of applicants they have right now? i don't have a file number as reference yet?

Dude, be optimistic. they will ask for bank statement later anyway... i don't believe putting more/less amounts in the first stage really matters that much.. at least thats what i saw in this blog..

CIO just check NOC duties, Completeness of application, arranged employment ( if aplicable), study or work in Canada ( if applicable) and payment. rest is Local visa office work. Less amount is no big deal at CIO. so just CHILL baby
