Hardest part is to collect all documents needed. To review them - just do it your self for 3-5 times, ask someone else to review them before sending, and do everything according to information available in manuals and immigration web page.
That will save you a lot of money and when you will be done you can be proud of your self.

I agree. It really takes a lot of time and patience to review the docements again and again. Make a list for each question if you have a trouble will also help. |

Called CIC Canada today. My app is from May 11th, and it seems the knew that already. However, the kind lady told me that they don't have any status on my application yet because they are still processing apps received on May 3rd.
Told me to call in 1 or 2 weeks and provided me with a client number.

Dear Heritz, They provided with a client number? Interesting. Have you already have CC or DD charged? Does this mean they have a positive assesment on your application? What information they have asked you to provide you with a client id number? And whats your NOC? |

My CC was charged on 9th August. Many thanks to all who gave useful advise in this forum
My application was received on 12the May 2010. If not for this forum, honestly, I would have developed high blood pressure
Again , thanks to the member who gave a detailed explanation on the modus operandi of CIO a couple of days ago

I have mailed my consultant so many times asking questions i do not understand they never reply when i got to this forum all of my questions were answered not by the consultant but by poeple with similar experience.The one that hurt me badly is the Job offer i got i mailed my consultant concerning it he did not reply and that was how i lost the job offer
In which country you hired consultant? might be he didn't receive your mails, try to call him !!!!! Don't get stress, be happy, hope things will be fine for all of us. Good luck to all of you including me who are in the waiting que   Sweetappi |

my consultant also said that ns is affected by the delay brought about by the changes. and that they are not able to track if payment was accepted since they paid certified check.

Good Day Dear All, Just checked my CC out of curiosity.. Thinking, Friday nah.. they wouldn't! and there it was: 8/13/2010 Authorized IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW SYDNEY CA My application was delivered at CIC on May 17th. (DHL receipt says so) Best of luck to everyone. I am looking forward to the AOR or a Rejection Notice Either way is OK. Why? We are all alive and well where ever in the world we are.. Why take so much tension over something that we ultimately have little or no control over? If it happens, good, if it doesn't, even better. All the best to everyone. |
