i have a question. my complete docs was received feb21 by buffalo. according to all of you, 2nd aor is given after 3 months. am i right? and what happens after this....would they tell you if the interview is waive or further docs are required........? base on your experience seniors.....what is your say on this?

it depends on case to case and country to country for pakistanis (London VO) is it taking almost 5 months to get 2nd AOR |

they give another No B******* for applicants
is it correct

does VO process applicants according to quotas given for specific countries
as i come to know that for pakistan 15000 applicants per year are awarded immigrations
means 1250 applicants per month are processed.
thats y delys are increasing day by day
is it true ? ? ? ?

Did you send your passport with your initial application. Cos my son also wants to apply for student visa but i fear we might get medical request during the period and the passport would be required as a form of identification
no.. i didnot send my passport with full docs.. but i have sent my PP with study visa app. and i think immigration will take 1 year + to process to its safe to apply for study permit. |

I have a question....
Once we receive PPR request, do we need to send it by post to London VO or can do we need to submit passports at Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi?
As per my understanding, we cannot send the passports out of the country by any post service, its illegal. 2ndly, sometimes, it takes long to get the passports and it will be very difficult to stay in another country for long without passports.

Guess What! Today they have added a line 'Medical Results Received' to my 'In Process' Status. I just sent some additional documents last week and have not yet received any request for medicals! This is really strange....
For me they added "In-Process" and "Medical Results Received" in the first stage itself. Then they removed "Medical Results Received" . After some time status changed from "In-Process" to "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete. This is the correct status. They start with wrong status and correct it slowly. So don't give much important to online status. I haven't received 2nd AOR or MR so far. Thanks |
