Hi guys,

WISHING GOOD LUCK TO ALL MY MATES IN MAY 2010 AND OTHER ASPIRANTS. I AM HERE IN THE FORUM AFTER A LONG TIME...

It is heard in the air that, 0213 : Information System Manager, is going to be included in the new rule which is supposed to come by June 2011. I am interested to apply. Please verify the news, whether it is a rumor or reality. If reality, I think there is a possibility, of imposing a cap of thousand application or so. Therefore, I am planning to prepare myself. Please verify the news and guide...

No one can be sure about anything till the new rules are laid out by CIC in black n wite............

hi seniors.

plz clear my doubt

today when i cheked my ecase status it was changed from in process to rbvo . i am versy confused wtf is this is dere any negative sign in it. pls advise me in process is better thing or rbvo . bt msg inside the bothe were same( ur supporting documents have been recieved n they were pending review.)  pls clear my doubt between in process n rbvo.

RBVO is just a status confirming reciept of your app while In process in updated usually at the culmination of your background checks followed by medicals.....takes about 6-9 months from complete app submission......so most probably it was an error in your case.

Hi Gaurav

Please don't worry the updates on the CIC is not accurate since I too saw my status as documents received and Medicals clear whereas I am yet to receive any confirmation/letter for medicals its been just a week that I forwarded all my documents to london office.

Same thing happened to me. Status recently changed from IN PROCESS to RBVO

i think the status error problem is happening because of different status protocols followed for pre june 26th and post june 26th-10 applicants - now at time visa officers confuse the two and thats whats causing these errors. Application should go directly to In Process from CIO review complete incase of post june 26th applicants.

Hello Everyone,
Pls can anyone help!!!! I will like to know at what point after the receipt of the first PER is one expected to send the Police clearance certificates to the Visa Office.
Or do we have wait till the VO request for it.

Same with me. No problem, its now your ecas is showing correct status. So dont worry and wait for INPROCESS.

Our status is not updated on the list. Our docs reached New Delhi VO on 17th Jan and we got our 2nd AOR on 3rd February.

           I submitted all the documents to ND VO on 27/01/11. I have received a letter from CHC, ND with same B number and UCI number as first AOR stating that my application package has been received by them. I need to know whether is that 2nd AOR or just a receipt letter for the application package received. Please give your suggestions.

its your AOR & your reciept. AOR is acknowledgement of reciept.......
