ECAS WORKING AT LAST....

LAST NIGHT WHEN CIC WEBSITE WAS DOWN.. I HAD A FEELING THAT THEY ARE HAVE MAJOR WORK GOING ON.....

IT SHOWS

We received your application for permanent residence on May 31, 2010.
 
Medical results have been received.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

What is difference from e-cas not working, if it works and shows false information?

For me also the same status. I haven't received the 2nd AOR . I haven't received MR also.

But status shows that

 
"Medical results have been received"

I guess everyone got the same information on their e-cas... it might be a typo error or there was a glitch on their system but in my own opinion it's a positive result. it only means that they are processing our papers and reviewing all the docs that we've submitted.

Finally I could could check my status in e-cas but I am same to other my friends . Sure there is something wrong with their software

My 120 days for submitting the docs is going to be over within 2-3 days and I have not received the PCC. Its been almost 1 and 1/2 months since I submitted the application for PCC. I don't think I will be able to send the PCC with my documents. My consultant suggests that PCC can be submitted later also. It is enough if I send the documents along with the recipt of the PCC now and can send the PCC when I receive it. Even my passport is stuck in the passport office along with the PCC and I can not send the copy of that too.

Can some seniors suggest, what should be done. Is this really possible. Anyways I now don't have any other option.

Dear Johntutt,

Please submit an explanation letter along with the receipt of PCC.

Once your 120 days are gone, it will difficult for you to re-open the case.

Which country you are not able to get PCC...Is it Saudi..?
