Unfortunatelly, I just recieved my application returned. it was mailed by CIO on July 26. the reasons are extremely silly, I did not put down my visa office. stupidly, it was not printed out. I am sure I have it in my original copy on my PC. also, they highlited a box asking for "other countries with resident status". I did not type N/A.
they marked the following items in Appendix C:
1- you did not complete essential fields in application from (IMM0008).
2- you did not indicate the visa office requested for the process ....
I was reading somewhere in the forum that people could write/appeal to minister of Migration.
Can I do that or any thing to save my application, remember my career is not listed any more; 4121
what do you think friends.

Few Questions for Applicants from PAKISTAN specially about Notarization Q3 & Q4 ......
1- My experience letters are now around 06 months old as I got them before sending application to CIO. Do I need to get them again with current date? Or its okay? Any idea?
2- My PCC are 3.5 old now. Should I get them again as well?
3- All copies of my documents are notarized. But the person who notarized the documents did not write the sentences as mentioned in EG7 guide that "Its a true copy of the document". Should I write myself?
4- The notarizing person also did not put any date with his signature as he mentioned that they dont write the date on documents
(although he mentioned the date on his record register). Should I put the date by myself under his signature? Which date should I mention? Current date or the actual date when he stamped all the papares (that I even dont remember exactly and i am out of my home country now).
Please guide

I got my CIO AOR on 4th October and i have transferred the full docs on 18th Oct which they received on 19th. Even for me also i am not able to view my ECAS

Forms sent to CIO (Nova Scotia): May 12th 2010 Forms received by CIO on: May, 31, 2010 Credit Card charged on 18th August 2010 Email from CIO asking to send documents to Brazilian consulate on 6th October 2010 (WOW !!!!  ) All documents sent on: October, 11th , 2010 Now we are waiting............ I'm trying to authenticate every day without any positive result.
after3 days CIO will finish issuing NEW AORS but still e-cas system is not activated for anyone?even visaoffices doesnot recognise our applications.i sent to visaoffice newdelhi on 7 october but till no reply neither they have any record.again they become lazy on visa offices sites. |

Good News .. After Long wait :p Just received my 1st AOR today  Things from VO London was damn slow and transfer of files from CIO - NS to VO London for us Dubai application was terribly slow .. My application sent to CIO - NS from Dubai on 28th April, received on 4th May. AOR received 24 October ... Best of luck for all other may applicants still on wait .. )) |
