it is a better option to prepare docuemnts well on time
i had started preparing all documents now
in this wk i have a plan to translate all docuemnts in english and notrized them
furthermore i m planning to submit my degrees to HEC for attestation

i have two questions kindly help me in this
1 for bank statement i requested my father to put amount in my salary account
same was done by him the money was transfered on 8th of july 2010 will this statement
work as my previous statements shows only salary transictions. will it be better to get an
affidavit from father stating that he is giving amount for my sattlement in canada and he
will not ask this money back.
2. do i have to attest degrees only or i have to attest transcripts also from HEC further more i
come to know that we have to attest oridgnal (and photocopies) degrees first from HEC
then from Foreign Office, afterwords photocopies are required to be notrized is it true.

Yes Alizia, you are right, better to start making documents now so we can make the process quicker, later on we will not get enough chance after getting the first AOR, Police clearences can take a bit longer, so it is betterto start with PCC and then translating other docs, Proof of funds, work experience letters Etc. i dont think we have to get it attested from HEC. it has mentioned nowhere.
has anyone gone through this where VO requested for HEC attested certificate.
i think it should be original transcript in univ sealed envelope. noterized degree and thats it.

Yes I have started collecting all the docs as well - have all the univ transcripts and work exp docs in place. Have sent application to FBI today - should hopefully reach them in a day or two. Have the state PCCs in place for US. Just need to get the PCC for Hyderebad but waiting on that since that is only issued once we show the AOR. Hopefully we start seeing some action soon. The wait is getting tough.  |

Yes i agree with YoBoy...no need for HEC.
You just need univ. sealed transcripts, while for degrees just notarized copies are required.

does anyone know about any link on CIC website where it is mentioned about this as someone told me that it is mentioned on canadian CIC or NOC websites...

The wait is very agonizing but nothing good happens that easily.
I have got my FBI clearance. It took exactly 7 weeks for me to get it. I applied for Indian PCC with the Consulate in US and they already have, I have resend my passport again.
Only IELTS is pending.

Great that you got your FBI clearance in 7 weeks - my cousin has fedexeed it from within US today and as per fedex tracking it should reach FBI by the 15th. I am hoping i get it back soon as well. In our case my hubby (PA) took the IELTS and we submitted those results alw/ initial application even though it wasnt required so that out of the way. We only have the Hyd PCC and my husbands US and Indian educational transcripts pending. |

one of my cousin applied his application with the help of consultant and the consultant told him to attest all degrees from IBC and HEC |
