Hi,
What option should we select on the FBI record request/application for Return Mail Options from below (as given on the application form)?
1. FEDEX Account # 2. Prepaid Return Envelope (Enclosed) 3. First-Class Mail
I am outside USA.
Also, I need to send application for both my wife and myself. Should we send 02 separate applications or 2 applications in same envelope or 1 application with both names on the same?
Please help

Question to Seniors,
In terms of financial capability, I have USD 10,000 only in my account for over one year, and i own two properties that worth USD 200,000 but not sold yet. would that be a problem since I don't have 16,760 as required if you have a family of three. I can get my father to give me the difference with a signed authorized letter that confirms it is not a loan and it is totally a gift for me. please advise with the right thing to do.

hi ramasis21 It shouldn't be a problem if your father gave you the money, as long as it wasn't acquired illegally. Unfortunately, you do have to produce CAD$16,760.00 for a family of three. This is a requirement.

Hi to all the members, I am reaching out to you guys since you are already moving along with your process and I need your guidance out of having the same experience/similar or just common sense in order to help me decide promptly how I should proceed with my new application (reapplication) since I am very confuse on how the visa officers may take changes of NOC in reapplication (even if these changes come from an honest mistake in the old applications.)
1-Have any of you reapply and their reapplication was NOT refused when changing a NOC submitted in the old application that was not on the 38 NOC list with one that was because they actually realized that one of the 38 NOCs did fit better/correctly with their job description?
2-`Did you send a cover letter to explain the change of NOC? Please let me know what should I write in my coverletter for this situation to avoid a refusal?
In my case: -Old application Jan. 2008 with wrong NOC: 0114 Adminstrative Mgr. (NOC not in the list of 38 NOCs eligible for the PR, reason why old application refused.)
-New application want to correct NOC with 0111 - Financial Manager or Controllers (duties really fit my activities, 1st application only had 6mo. of experience with 0114 but now I have 3years of experience which is actually 0111 but need to fix the NOC from old application)
Please your experience is greatly value since I have not been able to send my new application, since I do not know how to approach this. If you already went through a similar case you opinion will be great help.
Also would appreciate if you can help with telling me what I should write as an explatinson to the officers for this change, what did you or would your write in my situation. Thanks

It depends on your visa office. Go to this page and follow the list specific to your visa office. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp

What is difference between Fast Track method and other method. Is there separate form for Fast Track method. if im clearing the self assessment with sufficient points then is there 100% chance that my application will be selected?

Compared to the old method wherein an application may take up to 6 years before it can be approved, the newer method is shorter. If you score more than 67 points, then the chances of your application to be processed is high

hi mnyasin
They will only consider jobs that are in the 38 NOC list AND those that you had in the past ten years.
One need to have at least one year experience in 38 occupations to be eligible for immigration. Rest of the experience may be in professions other than 38 occupations but should be in NOC. They will get marks for experience gained during past 10 years as long as it is in NOC.
