Hi All,
Recent refusal of Deba is thè prime example that visa offices are trying to get rid of pre June by hook or crook policy, how could they reject an application in in-process stage due to the JD

In deba's case, the DM was done on 26th april 2012.
It was later on, he informed the forum in june, as he was waiting for the refusal letter.
He might be expecting some error but finally he got refusal letter.

NDVO is very slow they have already took 180+ days for my friend whose status is IP since 16-1-2012. They are still confused about issuing VISA. CHC is finding atleast single reason so they can refuse 38 NOC but if they will not find any reason will keep us waiting. Sorry I dont want to scare but it seems fact that they have return all money they have collected from people who applied before Feb 2008 after keeping them in wait for 5-6 years. Now we are in que hope they will not repeat the same again after another 2-3 years. Its their policy to use our money for their development and then change policy. Again will start attract to collect immigration fee from other and will return to earlier applicants.
