Can somebody please help me...
I sent an email to the technical section of canadian immigration as I was unable to access my file online. A month ago, I can access my file using my UCI# and months before that, I can access it using my 1st AOR#. I was only able to access it using my 2nd AOR for a very short time. For some of us, it was just a joke receiving 2nd file number.....it was just for formality and was made active for a short time to say that your application reached the designated VO.
Last 3 weeks, my address and status are missing and only my name can be seen on the ECAS. The reply I got from CICNET (tech section)....... saying that they have communicated my problem with CIC and was informed that my file had been closed since 2010.....However it was re-opened recently???
I applied in May 2010!!!! What does it mean? The time I lodged my application and paid the fees.....my fate has already been decided by CIC and CHC. They have put away my application for more than 2 years and was re-opened recently just so they can reflect that they have started processing and then have reached a decision on my application!!!!! This is unacceptable!
I am still waiting for the letter CHC sent me on May 15. I am curious about the content of the letter!

Guys / Gals,
My RBVO ...Pending review is now showing as In Process...... What does this mean...I my agent has not intimated the CIC LVO about my daughter birth (last year) she advised once the file is in process that time need to inform or wait for UPDATE request from CIC.
Please advice...

I am applying for a student visa as I have got a letter of Invitation from Canadian Nursing Board in BC to give an exam for Nurses. I have applied for the course to a collage recommended which helps international nurses to help clear the Nursing council exam.
What are the chances for me getting this visa.... I have letter of offer from the collage as well as the Invitation letter from the Canadian Nursing council.

Mr Cool guy, I am a newbi My case is same as that of MARCHIE, my time line as follows Application filed Jan 2010 1st AOR- May 2010 2nd AOR- April 2011 in process since 21st may 2012 one agent, after getting my UCI number told me that I have got 3 notes from visa officer, one of which is related to the lead statement, is he making guess or should I believe him?, He is asking me to reapply.Is this a wise idea?(I am not that rich) what you suggest Guys / Gals,

Hello Everyone!!!!!!!
Got Good News !! Got my MR thru mail today at first when i saw the address from Consulate General Los Angele, I knew It was from my VO but I feel bit scrared coz the letter was on a regular white small envelop..as if it is only a letter w/o any special from or something ...and finally when I opened all the forms and instructions were there...God is so good. Goodluck soon guys your time will come too..Hoping everyone got their MR too...just pray and wait be patient and we are closer to what we are dreaming for.....Godbless to all!!!!
But pls. share seniors need your help , I got my dependents medical forms too my only daugther..Is it really the procedure? what should you think I do ? send her the forms ? should'nt be the Visa office from where she is rigth now is responsible for sending it to her ? I'am confuse Pls. help, I'm in Canada and my dougther is in My country Philippines. Thanks guys Hope somebody will give me suggestions...

Hi miya, I didn't get what type of notes , the consultant received from Visa officer. Can you get that note....normally the Visa office does note give any "note" and that also 3 notes. Can you try to get the details of notes...I think the consultant is not transparent with you. Mr Cool guy,
