I would like you advise me about the following:
In this forum I came across such a letter received by VO....
"Please note we anticipate completing the review of M1 files submitted between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010 will be completed by June 2012"
So, "between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010" what does it mean? pre june appliers to CIC or pre june appliers to VO. Because I applied to CIC before June (on may 27, 2010) and VO after June (on November, 2010)
I would really appriciate if you answer to this .....

I believe June 2012 is not for the entire process (Visa Issue), it should be only the real In Process with date and may be verification as well. We are already in April and no pre june 2010 got medicals so for Visa it should be 2012 end or 1st qtr of 2013. |

Hi Guys, Much as I will enjoin us not to rely solely on ecas because a friend of mine got MR with the other "In Process" not showing any processing date inside. Lets us be hopeful and wait for we are closer to the finishing line. its not "Completed" its only "Reviewed" which is not a Visa issue only a review of documents, issuing of visa can be much later after the file goes in review, many Pre-junes are already in process but no MR yet |

Hence, the main problem and delays are connected to reviewing the application and documents, after this process they will ask or medical, or updated documents or will just reject it.
Now we need complete review the others will go faster.....

After two years of waiting I got a letter dated March 29 that I don't satisfy all the work requirement. They could have told me two years ago! After wasting so much money.......
Does anyone know if I get my application fee back?

very sad to know your rejection.
No, once a case reaches IN PROCESS. no refund from CIC.
what was your NOC and when did your Ecas reach IN PROCESS, DM? after how many days of DM, you got the refusal letter.
They didnt review your file 2 yrs ago coz they didnt think they'd get so many files than they actually needed. Try for PNP now???
