Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 8, 2011. Medical results have been received. I wonder,how can May 2010 applicant ( ref:amritbans8411)would have recvd his medical request and that ,too, from NDVO,whereas most of those who are higher up in the que ,are still to get IP in their ecas.
This is highly unliikely that que would have been jumped.Should it really happen,NDVO would be inviting legal action against it.But,nonetheless this is incredible and appears to be an attempt to tresspass the forum by misleading information.
All prejune2010 applicants are requested to post their comments..

I am totally agree with u...This can't happen even didn't happen..He is just trying to confuse us and just doing enjoy himself...
Don't trust this kind of comments bez he is not very different person who got medical so soon. Rules are same for all. According to current situation, nobody is not able to get medical or pr very soon. It always take time to do so...

Hello skoguton,
I am of firm view that whatever be the case, no prejune2010 applicant will be put ahead of others in the que just because his/her occupation is still in demand,unless he /she has submitted a fresh applicatiom under MI3.There are many forum members who are confronting this kind of situation and are still made to wait. Please go through the posts of SADIKA ,a forum member.Her prejune 2010 application is still pending review whereas the one under MI3 has successfully got her PER and this may pave way for her to get MR request soon,I reckon.
So that is ,ironically,a position we have to live with.
