master's or pg diploma-----please help

hi,
   i have done b-tech in comp science with----63%
                                                      +2-----63%
                                                      10th----69%
                                                       ielts----7 band
                                                       gre-----1100
   am i eligible to apply for master's as my b-tech % is quite low
   if yes, please suggest some universities

   if no, please suggest some other program and univ or college

   someone also suggested me to go for pg diploma.
   which one is suitable for me.
   please help-------------very urgent

in order to be admitted in any Masters program, yr GPA should range at least 3 to 3.3 to be the least. 3 to 3.3 is around a B grade in North America, which is about 75 to 80% and above, if u do not satisfy that then i would recommend u go for a Post Grad Diploma or a Diploma program in Canada!
