Mastcanada: Please Help, Boss... on refusal case

Mastcanada,
I got my file refused recently on the ground that- as my job. res. not matched with the NOC list.. the visa off. claimed that I am not performing substantial no. of NOC Job responsibilites as an Accountant.
I got surprised as I am an Accounts executive in a largest Pharmaceutical Co. in Banglades.my edu. background is also similar to NOC 1111. I have 04 yrs. continuous job experience at my present company.

I appealed to Visa office to reconsider my application and begged for "JUSTICE" but again the sent me a letter explaining not to consider my file for re-opening.

I was shocked again.... because this is completely in-justice with all Accountant Professionals..not only me.

Please help me how you managed your case and also tell me your email address..

mine was regarding transfer caser n they didnt asked to show proof of funds. refused directly after file got trasnfeered .  when i apppplied i was in canada n exempted to show funds as i had job when i applied pr.now as its got transferred was waiting for intially intimation abt rest of the docs. but they didnt. wrote a letter and explained clearly.

coming to ur point, did u submitted exp certificate,offer letter,salary certificate (  u need to mention clearly duites in the refrence letter too).if  u didnt submti all these documents, that might be the reason.

if u do submit then take a refrence letter from ur company including all duites salary inf etc etc and send again for reconsideratrion. do ii asap
