I am a Quebec Skilled Worker applicant from Honduras and I have already done my medicals, I am just awaiting for PPR.  I have a Mexican girlfriend who wants me to move to Mexico and get married there. My question is would my application be transferred from the Guatemala Office to the Mexico City Office If I indeed moved to Mexico and married her?

At this stage it's advisable not to do anything that may change your personal status, that is if it can be avoided.

If you are waiting for PPR , then you are better off waiting to complete that before doing anything else. Changing offices at this stage would in all likelihood delay your application process

The journey to a Canadian PR begins with a very very long wait
