Hi, i just want to ask,about my friend..Her boyfriend from Philippines came here as a tourist, is it possible that my friend who's holding a working permit here,to marry her boyfriend, which only a tourist here?What will happen to the guy, if my friend become Permanent residence here?please help..thanks

She can marry him in Canada and if her work permit is skill level 0, A or B, she can apply for him to get a spousal work permit.  When she applies for PR, she needs to include him on her application and then he will get PR too.

As a better option, one can try to marry an immigration officer.
