I am Canadian PR and want to sponsor my wife & baby our marriage was performed in Egyptian embassy in UAE and original mirrage certificate was stamped/attested by the ministry of foreign affairs of UAE in UAE.

I read the following on http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/sponsor...rs.html#spouse

"A marriage performed in an embassy or consulate must comply with the law of the country where it took place, not the country of nationality of the embassy or consulate."

Do I need to do anything more in this regard?

You will have to prove that the marriage was valid in the UAE.

Ministry of Foreign affairs of United Arab Emirates has attested and stamped the Marriage original contract. Is this a enough prove? or anything else?

From where you wana apply her visa? UAE or her own country? in both cases I think you have to submit your country's attested and registered marriage documents
