Dear. There are two parts of information. One is declaring your family status and second is sponsoring the family member

As your status is changed, u need to declare it immediately. Better intimate CHC immediately about change in family status with proper evidence like Marriage certificate (in english and notarized), pictures etc etc.

It is all upto u now whether u want her to accompany you for immigration or want to file sponsorship papers later.
