marraige certificate,nikkah paper,spouse name endorcement on the passport

dear all ,
i am applying under FSW 2151 and intend to gain some points on the basis of my wifes qualifications.
i understand that i need to send the marraige certificate along with my application.
my question is:
1) Is  the Muslim Nikkah certificate  accepted.i have got it endorced on the back of the certificate by Indian home minstry,external affairs ministry,UAE embassy .
2)If the Muslim Nikkah certificate  is not accepted by the CIO then is there any format that they have and where in INDIA or UAE can i get it from.
3) is the Spouse name endorecement manditiry for the submission to CIO.

please sugget since i plan my submission soon,

yes ! the nikahnama is accepted  but i think your country maintain Marriage certificate too. that would be fine. even you can arrange a format of the certificate in English and signed by the nikah registrar or you can arrange a translation of the nikahnam or marriage certificate  if it is written other than English or french.   carry on buddy!wishes
