Hello! I need your advice on the following matter - this year my sister applied on the Skilled Worker program - she received her file number in April. A month ago she got engaged with a Canadian guy & in November they plan to get married.
Could you please tell me what a difference their marriage certificate can make for her application?
Thank you.

She could get more points for adaptability or something.  She should let the visa office know about the change in marriage status when it happens.  Depending on where she applied from, it probably will be faster for her to have the husband sponsor her for PR and drop the other application.
