You're in New Delhi right? Because you cannot mail it to them, it's illegal. Also, from my understanding New Delhi requests the passport early. Just because they ask for it, doesn't automatically mean you get PR. That's just my understanding, not from my experience. Also, considering you got approved a week ago, I'd give it at least 3 weeks since it has to go from Canada to ND.
Hi thanks for help. so its get 3 weeks to shift my case from CPC to ND. but how many weeks they take to send the submiision reqt to them . any idea plz thanks |

Hi guys! My husband got approved!!! Now on to Stage 2!!! He got the e-mail from OttPilot-Immigration yesterday morning, June 21st. Per CIC, they received our application March 15th. I am so glad they were pretty straightforward with us in the e-mail! No need to read between the lines!  "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing. ...This visa office was selected based on your relative's home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. If you received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you...." And I tried logging into e-cas using my husband's UCI, and I can see my name! Woot! What a glorious way to end the week! Thank you God! Hi dear 1st congrts for ur approval. my friend i just read ur post. i also get for my case on 13 june, but i m trying to check my status online but its not showing. so can u help me in that plz. thanks sonny |
