I would want to know, why most of you are first recieved CIC letter for approval , Why you no need to submit the Police Clearance Certificate and other release documents , but I know that HK case - CIC will send back all the application to HK from Cananda, than approval by HK,and we need to sumbit (Police Clearance Certificate) and other release documents , so we need to wait over 1 years for approval. I really jealousy other country, that are very fast to approval .  |

We didn't send our police certificate or medical with our application, because it says in the region specific guide that we will receive instructions from the VO regarding these 2 documents. We called some of the DMP's in Colombia, and they said the same thing, that they won't even perform an immigration medical until we receive an order to perform the medical from the VO in Bogota. Same with the police certificate. Obviously that delays the process, but I think its because this VO takes longer than 1 year to process. Still a long way to go! |
